PRINCE TALAL, HALF BROTHER OF KING FAHD OF SAUDI ARABIA CALLED FOR A FUNDAMENTAL POLITICAL REFORMS THAT WOULD BRING SAUDI ARABIA INTO THE 21ST CENTURY. THESE REFORMS SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE WOMEN RIGHTS.
